Amazing15

This company provides employers with high-performing individuals who are neurodiverse.

A number of decades ago, human resources departments began to recognize the untapped potential of individuals with autism. Businesses that were forward-thinking moved in to offer services that helped persons on the autism spectrum find employment, most frequently in the fields of quality control and software testing. The company Specialisterne, which was situated in Vienna, was one of those businesses; nevertheless, in February of 2024, in reaction to a shift in society, it changed its name to Amazing15. Neurodiversity encompasses not only autism but also attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dyspraxia. The number 15 in the newly chosen name alludes to the estimated percentage of the population that is neurodiverse. Amazing15 aims to create circumstances in which neurodiverse people may flourish by effectively utilizing their unique strengths, which range from a high attention to detail and logical thinking to creativity and problem-solving skills, in positions where they can have a significant impact on the world.
