Learning Lab is an online business accelerator for women and BIPOC entrepreneurs

FedEx established the FedEx E-commerce Learning Lab in September 2021, working in conjunction with the charitable Accion Opportunity Fund. In the wake of the pandemic, the program, which is financed by USD 1 million, aims to assist 150 US start-ups that are owned by women and BIPOC in expanding their operations in the realm of e-commerce. Participants will get a USD 2,000 business grant and a four-month hands-on learning experience to learn how to build up a virtual store and marketing, customer service, order fulfillment, and other topics.
