Madrid Offers an Artificial Intelligence Assistant for Tourists.

In April of 2024, Madrid introduced a free artificial intelligence assistant that makes personalized recommendations and provides information in real time to travelers in 95 different languages. VisitMadridGPT was developed and received training based on material that was published on esMADRID.com, which is the official tourism gateway for the city. Users are provided with a presentation of locations of interest, museums, natural areas, and restaurants tailored to meet each individual's dietary and physical requirements. Aside from the fact that it will be able to provide recommendations, the portal will also make it possible for Madrid to gather and analyze data on travelers' preferences. This information will be utilized in the future to design campaigns, initiatives, and plans.
