Description of their identity
Head Coaches comprise mainly young and adult men with a passionate (high degree) relationship with sports. In other words, it is a network of people who articulate their identity with their favorite teams and are characterized by managing their daily lives according to the sports agenda that is broadcasted on television or in stadiums.
Now, the identity axis of the tribe has to do with its capacity to emulate the figure of the technical director who consumes sports events as mere entertainment. That is to say; it is a network of people who are not characterized by exercising nor by showing a fit lifestyle, but, on the contrary: they enjoy sports from the comfort of their seats (with indulgent snacks included), and their work is aimed at giving their opinion, exposing data, showing statistics or, in extreme cases, shouting at the TV for the defeat of their team.
