Codex Labs

An at-home DNA test kit for skin health has been released by a biotechnology business.

In December of 2023, Codex Labs, which was formerly known as Codex Beauty, introduced two diagnostic kits that could be used at home to evaluate the health of the skin. Initially, we will decode.Myskin examines a variety of skin issues, such as oxidative stress, inflammation, oiliness, pigmentation, UV exposure, and general aging. The second one, known as Decode.Myhealth, will concentrate on the process of vitamin absorption and metabolism. For the purpose of customizing skincare routines and treatments, the tests involve a consultation with a genetic counselor that lasts for thirty minutes. On the SGBNET network, which was developed by Codex to meet the requirements of the test kits and to facilitate connections between users and genetic counselors, tests can be registered.
