The transgender community in the Philippines is catered to by spankings.
In February of 2024, the sustainable innerwear firm Lily of the Valley, which is based in the Philippines, introduced period items that were created for those who menstruate who are transmen, non-binary, or gender non-conforming. The period innerwear performs a role that is comparable to that of disposable pads or napkins, which are products that are common in the local market. The product, on the other hand, is washable and reusable, and it was co-created with Filipino transmen in order to accommodate the body fit and preferences of trans consumers. The goal of Lily of the Valley's product line is to eliminate the stigma associated with menstruation and to bring attention to the fact that the transgender population in the Philippines has a significant need for menstrual support.
