Chatbot democratizes crop prices for farmers in India.
In order to supply Indian farmers with real-time market data, the nonprofit organization Gramhal has developed a chatbot called Bolbhav. This chatbot gives farmers the ability to price their commodities properly and increases their ability to negotiate. According to reports, 16,000 customers received Gramhal's data through the app during the first quarter of 2024, resulting in an average increase in income of 81%. Matar, an artificial intelligence-powered voice recognition chatbot developed by Gramhal, was being tested by mushroom farmers in the state of Bihar as of March 2024. This chatbot gave farmers the ability to ask questions by speaking into the microphone app.
