Bank unveils mini-documentary showcasing staff empathy.

In November 2023, the CTBC Bank of Thailand launched a documentary-style video that showcased how employees in Taiwan and Thailand utilize empathy to interact with clients and colleagues. 'Home Away From Home' illustrates some of the problems that expatriate employees face when confronted with local conventions and habits, as well as the fortitude and hard work that they put forth to overcome these challenges.
